Dalgona Coffee (aka Whipped Coffee):

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp boiling water
How to:
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together or use an electric mixer on high (much quicker!) until peaks are formed (make sure the texture is very thick and creamy).
- Fill a glass with ice and milk of your choice and put 2-3 scoops of the whipped coffee mixture on top.
- Mix together with a straw (pictured: MTL STRW's straight metal straw, rainbow colour).
