MTL STRW ships within Canada and to the USA.

Shipping & Handling charges are as follows:

Lettermail Shipping (Canada)
We currently offer letter mail shipping on all orders within Canada. Due to letter mail weight restrictions orders may be broken up into multiple packages (typically 3-4 items per package).
Please note that by selecting letter mail shipping at checkout you are opting for an untracked and uninsured package. Letter mail shipping has no delivery timeline. It is the customers responsibility to ensure a correct and complete mailing address is input at checkout. If a lettermail order is not delivered, we will not be able to provide a refund and/or any reshipments. We offer a $5.00 flat shipping rate* (without a tracking #) over a certain weight, for domestic orders within Canada.

We offer a $15.00 flat shipping rate for items from our glassware collection.
- We offer free shipping* with tracking on all orders over $50 within Canada.
*If you opt for shipping without a tracking number, MTL STRW is not liable for any lost or damaged items. This option is not possible to apply on items from our glassware collection.
*Exceptions: Shipping to the Territories will cost $30 (flat rate). Free shipping is applied on orders over $150 to the Territories.
Shipments to USA
Starting August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended its duty-free import limit (the “de minimis” threshold of US $800) for all countries, including Canada. This means that all packages sent to the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border, no matter their value or where they were made. To simplify this process, we apply a flat fee of $12 per order. This fee includes shipping costs (including an express shipping tracking number) and a portion of the duty fees (we'll cover the rest).
Free Local Pickup:
If you live in Montreal or on the South Shore of Montreal, we offer free local pickup! Local pickup is situated in Mercier, QC (~20km away from the island of Montreal). Simply choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and the MTL STRW team will send you more details via email regarding your pickup location, date & time!
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and will be shipped Monday through Friday from Montreal, QC. Processing time may be extended during holidays. After your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you (if you opted for this type of delivery). Delivery time within Canada is 3-9 business days and 5-9 business days to the US (continental states). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 14 days.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email hello@mtlstrw.ca no more than 12 hours after you’ve placed your order. After this time period, all sales are final.
Import duty and/or taxes are the customer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the price of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed. MTL STRW is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, customs, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or other delays. Packages undeliverable by Canada Post or USPS will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub in Montreal.
